The U.S. women won their sixth straight Olympic gold medal in resounding fashion in the women’s 4×400 relay Saturday night at the Rio de Janeiro Games.
Natasha Hastings, Courtney Okolo, Phyllis Francis and Allyson Felix finished the race in 3:19.06, well ahead of the Jamaican team. Great Britain finished third for the bronze.
This win also marks Allyson Felix’s sixth Olympic track and field gold … the most of any woman.
