Real Madrid will host Las Palmas in a match they should be winning to continue their La Liga march, while the visitors will try their best to surprise them.
Real Madrid have managed to overcome Celta last week in what was duel of two top placed sides of La Liga at that moment, and although the Galicians proved they didn’t climb so high by chance, visitors still took three points thanks to some swift counter-attacking, steady defence and Keylor Navas who saved a handful of really hard shots. As for Las Palmas, their crisis continued despite the recent appointment of new manager Quique Setien, but they definitely looked at least little better in a draw against Villarreal, managing to dominate throughout the goalless match.
Now the Canarians turn their attention towards the hard away match at Santiago Bernabeu, and there isn’t really much you can lose there, so pressure will be off Las Palmas for sure. Meanwhile, Rafa Benitez’ side must win here in order to continue their pursuit for La Liga title, and Madrid born manager will be happy to know  that James Rodriguez is almost ready to play again, as he will be needed in upcoming matches, and while he still remains doubtful for this match, he should be ready very soon.
Other doubts for Real Madrid include Carvajal and Arbeloa, while Bale is sure to miss the encounter. Quique Setien must build his team for Bernabeu without Angel and Javi Castellano.
