Warriors 127-107 Mavs Golden State set new record of 42-4 after 46 games Curry dethrones Jordan

An impressive Klay Thompson notched up 45 points as he led an all-conquering Golden State Warriors to yet another win, this time, 127-107 over the Dallas Mavericks. The California-based franchise has now scored 120-plus points in five straight games, something unseen in the NBA since the Suns back in 1993.Warriors are now ahead of the1995-96 Bullspace for bestrecord in NBA history.

Thompson showed no mercy and took over from teammate Stephen Curry, who this time only managed 14 points. Thompson shot 14 of 20, 7 for 12 on 3-pointers and made all 10 of his free throws. He made five rebounds and two blocks as the Warriors made it 42-4 after 46 games, breaking Michael Jordan’s Chicago Bulls’ record for the same number of games.
